About the Role Plan and develop corporate governance processes and structures for Addiction and Mental Health Services more broadly in consultation with the Executive Director and senior leadership group to achieve the objectives of the Service, ensuring risks are identified and managed appropriately. Provide effective professional support of the Office of the Executive Director administration team when required with all relevant policies and legislative obligations, including financial management practices and human resource policies. Maintain positive, collaborative working relationships with Metro South Executive and Board, Department of Health, and representatives of other government agencies and private organisations and, as required, monitor outcomes regarding operational and systematic issues and initiatives in which Executive Services are involved.
