Services are provided through our five main campuses: Northern Hospital Epping, Broadmeadows Hospital, Bundoora Centre, Craigieburn Centre, and Kilmore District Hospital. About the Role: All aspects of patient booking processes, using the relevant computer systems. Reception and telephone duties This role requires the applicant to demonstrate strong customer service, offer flexibility with their time and be available to work at all Northern Health campuses. We are seeking applications for ongoing full time Administration Officers to join the Outpatient Services team at Northern Health. To be successful in the role you will have: Provide evidence of Administration experience in the health care sector Demonstrate excellent customer service Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively Flexible to work 8hrs shifts between 8:00am – 6:00pm Monday to Friday Able to work at all Northern Health sites including The Northern Hospital Epping Broadmeadows Hospital Craigieburn Centre Women's Health Hub Kilmore District Hospital Next Steps . . .
