But enough about us, let’s talk about you We are in the market for an experienced Business Administration Officer, you are passionate about your profession and enjoy the rewards of a good challenge. As the Business Administration Officer, you will need high level financial, accounting, communication and interpersonal skills, a positive and methodical work ethic and proficiency in general computer use, including Excel, Word and Outlook. You will undertake financial and accounting tasks and various clerical and administrative duties to assist the Team Leader, Business Systems and Support and Facility Bookings Officer. This role is based at the Mandurah Aquatic and Recreation Centre. What impact will you make? You will ensure all monies are reconciled and banked daily, balance all eftpos and direct debit transactions, assist tracking of Recreation Centre debtors, raise invoices as required and ensure cash security procedures are adhered to at all times. You will provide support for the Recreation Electronic Management System (Perfect Gym) to Recreation Centre areas Ability to assist Facility Booking Officer during busy times and provide leave cover if required. You are friendly, supportive and actively listen to the needs of others. You enjoy working with people and are open to the opinions of others. You have a welcoming and respectful customer service disposition when dealing with both your internal and external customers, our community. Ability to “think outside the box” and have very good problem-solving skills What will you bring to the team? Certificate IV in Business (Desirable) Minimum two years administrative experience including financial administration Minimum two years customer service experience Experience with recreation electronic software (including Point of Sale) (Desirable) National Police Clearance (within 6 months of date of issue) As part of our recruitment process, you will be required to participate in a full pre-employment medical that includes drug and alcohol testing The finer details This permanent part-time (38 hours per fortnight) Level 3 position attracts a pro-rata salary range of $70,866- $76,641 gross per annum dependent on qualifications and experience.
