For further information, please click on: Discounted fares for residents | Qantas AU About the role The purpose of this role is to manage and coordinate the Clinical Administration team, within Support Services, to ensure the uninterrupted provision of an administrative service for staff and patients of North West Hospital and Health Service, through the recruitment, training, effective rostering, and HR management of appropriately skilled staff to meet unit, divisional and organisational administrative support needs. Work directly with clinical and non-clinical staff across multiple areas and within a team of Administration Support and Ward Officers within the North West Hospital and Health Service. Manages the provision of skilled administrative staff to the departments by the implementation of effective recruitment and selection processes, rosters and leave management systems, covering planned and unplanned leave effectively to ensure business continuity. Requirements Pre-employment screening will be conducted for the successful applicant, including Criminal History checks. This is a VPD risk role and may require evidence of vaccination or immunity to: Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis, and Tuberculosis. A period of probation may apply.
