Your Opportunity Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing excellent administrative support? We’re looking for a dedicated Tenancy Administration Officer to join our team and help ensure smooth tenancy operations. This role will provide general administrative support and ensure tenants receive reliable, consistent and responsive services aligned with organizational values and goals. Your Key Responsibilities: Provide strong administrative support to tenancy team members Respond to enquiries efficiently, manage expectations and escalate more complex issues to the manager when necessary Maintain accurate records and databases Perform all central administrative tasks thoroughly, accurately and efficiently Deliver high quality, responsive customer service to tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns and complaints professionally Participate in discussions and share updates on tenancy administration activities Requirements of Success One to two years’ of experience in a high volume fast paced administrative role Understanding of social housing is desirable Proficient in MS-Office products – Word, Excel, Outlook etc Demonstrable skills in data management and customer service Excellent written and oral communication and problem solving skills Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
