Working under general guidance and within set guidelines, you will be required to undertake a range of administrative tasks and assist senior employees with specific projects. A key focus of this role is to ensure the provision of timely and accurate customer-centred support which enables the Society to efficiently achieve desired outcomes across business operations. This is a permanent full-time role based in Toowoomba . Duties will include (but are not limited to): Deliver administrative support services in a professional and timely manner Oversight of and active engagement in administration operations, including responsibility for department outcomes Provision of financial support including processing of invoices, credit card management, financial reconciliations and maintenance of financial records Management of required database/s including data entry and oversight of data accuracy and associated compliance requirements Review and contribute to the relevance of established processes, ensuring administrative procedures are updated to enable efficient and timely delivery of services Preparation and distribution of adhoc or regular reports as directed General administrative support services including filing, scanning, photocopying, management of supply stock and ordering, travel and accommodation arrangements, vehicle management and building/site maintenance and security as directed Associated meetings and the organisation of support tasks including room bookings, calendar management and meeting minutes Undertake project work as required to support the Administration team and broader area of operation Skills And Experiences To be successful in the role, you will meet the following criteria: Previous experience in a general administrative support role (Certificate III in Business Administration is also preferred, but not a requirement) Microsoft Office suite proficiency with intermediate aptitude in Word, Outlook and Excel Exemplary phone manner and a professional attitude which promotes SVdP’s core values Developed interpersonal, communication and organisation skills Personal aptitude for attention to detail and data accuracy Effective communication and time management skills Ability to maintain confidentially on information at all times Understanding of and commitment to the philosophy of the St Vincent de Paul Society Queensland and an ability to work in accordance with policies and procedures to promote the values and mission of the Society Ready to apply?
