Lindsay Transport is currently seeking several experienced B-Double (MC) Drivers to join the team based out of Dubbo. About the Role: We are offering casual and full time positions - please indicate on your application what your preference is. Duties you can expect with this role include: Completing fixed trip interstate transport runs Working with temperature sensitive produce Ensuring the safe and timely handling of company freight Completing relevant pre-start checklists, safety documentation and delivery paperwork Interacting with clients in a professional manner Working closely with Depot teams for the loading, unloading and transportation of freight About the requirements: The candidates we are looking for will have: A current MC drivers licence and experience in this licence class Experience in B-Doubles and driving prime movers Knowledge of paperwork associated with freight delivery and familiarity using internal cab data systems Experience transporting chilled freight, frozen freight or livestock (essential) Familiarity with interstate transportation Basic Fatigue Management accreditation (well respected but not essential) Have a commitment to workplace health and safety. Have a strong customer focus with good communication skills. Be well presented, professional and reliable. The ideal applicant will have two years minimum experience driving at the MC licence class.
