Ensure SAP B1 and connected systems operate effectively for high-quality financial reporting and activity management. Partner with the finance team and system users for training, system reviews, and continuous improvements. Manage documentation of system architecture and liaise with the SAP implementation partner. Client Details Functional Duties: Ensure SAP Business One interfaces are timely and functioning, support SAP/Solver reconciliations in Power BI. Maintain data integrity between SAP B1 and the Data Warehouse. Identify and correct data errors, suggest process improvements. Drive project work for system and reporting improvements (SAP B1, integrations, Solver). Train finance team on new or improved systems (in-person and online). Ensure timely month-end and year-end rollovers (including closing access). Maintain up-to-date user and system architecture documentation, monitor system performance. Contribute to master data project for data alignment across systems. Support FP&A and Financial Control teams with Solver reporting projects. Recommend system enhancements and communicate changes to users. Description WHSE (Workplace Health, Safety & Environment): Complete required training and maintain certifications. Follow safety procedures, risk assessments, and method statements. Report safety concerns and unsafe conditions to management. Support HSE objectives and wear appropriate PPE. Cooperate with audits and safety reviews. Profile Relationships: Internal: Finance, Farming Operations, Merchandise External: Suppliers, Contractors, SAP Implementation Partner Qualifications: Experienced IT SAP or Finance professional with agricultural industry knowledge.
