Job details About the Client Our client is a tier 1 mining company with a portfolio of world-class competitive mining operations that provide the metals and minerals that enable a cleaner, more electrified world and that meet the fast growing consumer-driven demands of the worlds developed and maturing economies. What you will be doing Working as a Payroll Administrator you will assist with managing the end-to-end payroll process on a weekly basis for a busy mining company. You will help with handling time and attendance exceptions to processing statutory and ad hoc disbursements, youll play a key role in ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance. Youll also be responsible for payroll reconciliations, understanding coal industry long service leave, payroll reporting as well as working closely with various mine sites. This challenging role requires a committed, effective and positive person to join a dynamic team who deal with a high volume of work. What you will need To excel in this role, youll need 3 years of high-volume, full-function payroll experience, advanced Microsoft Excel and SAP skills, and a strong understanding of Enterprise Agreements and Awards in the mining or heavy industry sectors. Experience Using SAP Prior experience in mining is desirable but not essential 3 years working with a high volume payroll team.
