We are seeking a DevOps Engineer with a strong focus on Content Delivery Networks (CDN). About the Role: You’ll leverage your expertise in CDN and cloud platforms to manage high-performing services, automate deployments, and improve system resilience. This role will give you the opportunity to lead projects, clean up and optimise existing CDN setups, and collaborate closely with Product Managers to align technology solutions with strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: CDN Management & Optimisation : Optimise and clean up existing CDN setups. Manage multiple websites simultaneously via CDN. Expertise in Akamai is preferred; experience with Cloudflare or Fastly is also considered. Infrastructure as Code (IaC) : Implement and maintain scalable and repeatable CDN configurations using IaC principles. Cloud Networking : Apply your knowledge of cloud networking to ensure high availability, low latency, and optimal performance. Team Collaboration : Lead and mentor team members in developing robust solutions. Work closely with Product Managers to align technology deliverables with business outcomes. Skills & Experience Required Demonstrated experience in DevOps with a strong focus on CDN technologies (Akamai preferred, or Cloudflare/Fastly). Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and networking. Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or similar. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to optimise existing infrastructure.
