We are currently looking for a detail-orientated Payroll Administrator to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. Work.Water.Life As our Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring payroll processing and timesheet data administration is completed accurately and on time. You will also provide payroll-related advice to employees regarding employment conditions, entitlements and policies. As a key team member reporting to our Senior Payroll Advisor, you will contribute to fostering a positive and values-driven workplace culture. Responsibilities will include: Accurately process end-to-end payroll and timesheet data within required timeframes Provide payroll-related information and services to employees in a professional and confidential manner Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, the enterprise agreement and corporate policies Maintain payroll records and assist with audits and reporting as required We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years' experience in an end-to-end payroll function. In addition, you will be able to demonstrate: Strong attention to detail with the ability to establish work priorities, resolve issues, and meet deadlines High level of accuracy in data entry and payroll processing Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to handle confidential information with integrity Sound knowledge or ability to quickly acquire knowledge of legislation, the Sunwater enterprise agreement, and regulations relevant to payroll processing. Previous experience using Aurion HRIS (version 11) is highly desirable.
