About the Role As the Sales Manager , you’ll oversee three key pillars of the business, each contributing to the brand’s ambitious expansion goals. From managing vibrant retail stores to spearheading wholesale growth and driving seamless e-commerce integration, your leadership will be instrumental in delivering a cohesive and exceptional customer experience. Retail Management Oversee the operations of two retail stores, with potential for future expansion. Inspire and lead store teams to achieve sales targets and deliver unparalleled luxury customer service. Develop strategies to improve store performance and enhance operational efficiency. Wholesale Expansion Drive the growth of the wholesale department by nurturing existing relationships and identifying new opportunities. Develop and execute strategies for national and international market expansion. Monitor sales performance, ensuring alignment with company objectives and targets. E-Commerce Integration Partner with the digital marketing team to optimize the e-commerce platform for a cohesive customer experience. Align online and offline strategies, integrating retail and wholesale insights to drive online campaigns. Leverage store and wholesale data to enhance e-commerce initiatives and engagement. What We’re Looking For Proven leadership experience in retail , wholesale , and e-commerce channels, with a strong luxury focus. A results-driven mindset with a history of meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multi-channel operations and inspire teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences. Industry experience in jewellery or fashion is essential .
