We are seeking a skilled Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue growth by proactively engaging with potential customers and converting leads into long-term clients. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales through phone, email, and other communication channels, rather than in-person interactions. You will play a key role in both generating a significant portion of revenue and contributing to substantial business growth The role: Build rapport with customers using consultative selling techniques to qualify and sell value. Maintain productive, conflict-free relationships with team members. Accurately record client interactions, sales activities, and updates in CRM in real-time. Keep account plans for your portfolio up to date. Identify and qualify potential customers through research, cold calling, and networking. Initiate contact with leads via phone, email, and other methods to present and discuss products or services Required Attributes and Skills: Sales and Negotiation Expertise.
