About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and motivated Office Administrator to join our friendly close-knit team in Carole Park, QLD. The Office Administrator will be responsible for handling all administrative and operational tasks within our Milwaukee Queensland Service Centre. This role will provide support to our leaders and team members on all operational and site requirements, as well as facilitate broader team requirements when on-site as needed. Reporting directly to the Service Manager your duties will include: Coordinate & Manage Facilities related matters, site access, visitor inductions, and security systems, including CCTV, of Service Centre & Learning Centre Collaborate with the Facilities & Procurement team to manage the facility resources, address maintenance requirements, and procure necessary equipment and supplies for Carole Park Service Centre & Learning Centre. Perform relevant duties related to the Learning Centre operations as requested by the Executive Assistant or Customer Learning Management Team as required. Ensure learning schedule and facilities are planned for product training requirements in conjunction with Learning Centre Calendar including onsite catering & travel arrangements as required. Develop, document, and manage procedures for pallet racking storage, inbound and outbound of stock for Field Sales & Job Site Solution Teams. Communicate expectations effectively and ensure procedures are met. Front desk reception management Support onsite events and team building activities, e.g. R U OK? Day Provide administrative & onsite support to the Service Manager & Team Leaders as well as performing ad-hoc duties as per requested by the Senior Management Team, Service Manager and Executive Assistant. What you will bring: Recent and high-level experience in computer and systems literacy (Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint) Strong stakeholder engagement skills Strong time management ability teamed with exceptional organisational skills.
