Through our agile structure, we enable our employees to drive their own work with a lot of autonomy, and very importantly - have fun along the way The role Our ServiceNow System Administrator plays a key role in maintaining and enhancing the existing 7-Eleven ServiceNow instance, including the management of licenses, resolution of tickets and service requests, as well as minor enhancements and major projects for business and IT stakeholders. You will lead in executing the ServiceNow strategy, with a focus on maintaining 7-Eleven to leverage the full capabilities of the platform. 7-Eleven is looking to further utilize the platform’s offerings around portal, virtual assistant and analytics, and this role will take the lead in shaping this. This role is available on a 6 month fixed term basis, could be the opportunity to extend for another 6 months. What You'll Do Be the go-to expert supporting our existing ServiceNow implementation: license management, ticket resolution, upgrades, hot fixes, and more. Execute seamless collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Identify opportunities for improvement and drive technical best practices to elevate the platform’s performance and user experience. Manage minor enhancements and deliver major projects that delight our business and IT teams alike. What You’ll Bring Proven ServiceNow Expertise : Extensive hands-on experience with ITSM, Customer Case Management, custom development, and integrations. Project Savvy : A track record of successfully delivering ServiceNow ITSM module implementations and technical support to optimize systems and processes. Technical Skills & Training : Formal ServiceNow Administration training/certifications and familiarity with Agile methodologies. Problem-Solving Skills : Analytical and adaptable, you excel in prioritizing tasks, managing impacts, and troubleshooting complex issues. People Skills : Strong interpersonal abilities to engage stakeholders, build trust, and foster collaboration. At 7-Eleven our people are at the heart of everything we do.
