About the Role As an Administration Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting the Finance and Office Administration service. You will provide frontline customer service, assist with financial processing, and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. Your role will directly contribute to enhancing student experiences and operational efficiency. Responsibilities: Provide high-quality customer service, resolving student and stakeholder inquiries. Assist with financial processes, including invoices, payments, and staff claims. Manage office administration tasks such as scheduling, bookings, and supplies. Coordinate meetings and events, including room bookings and catering arrangements. Experience & Skills: Proven experience in administration or bookkeeping. Strong customer service skills with an innovative approach. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Office 365 and a willingness to embrace new technology.
