Location: Near Arncliffe, NSW Position Type: Contract (2 months, with a view to extend) We are a small, dynamic building company based near Arncliffe, and we are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to assist with the closing out of a project . This is a contract position for an initial period of 2 months, with the possibility of extension based on project needs and performance. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee contract administration tasks for the project’s final stages. Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of all outstanding tasks. Ensure compliance with contract terms, schedules, and quality standards. Review and process progress claims, variations, and invoices. Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation, including reports, schedules, and correspondence. Address any contractual or project-related issues as they arise. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Contract Administrator within the construction industry, preferably with exposure to small-to-medium building projects. Strong understanding of contract management, cost control, and construction processes. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work to deadlines. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a small team.
