About the Role This is a Full Time position within the Digital Department. As the Identity and Access Management Engineer, you will be responsible for all technical project activity for the IDAM project. You will be proficient in IDAM technologies, in thier administration, development and delivery. The work of the IDAM Engineer will be driven by the Portfolio Manager, project activity, and the information gathered from departments and wards by the Technology Partnerships and other sources. You will work collaboratively with members of the Digital Team and RCH subject matter experts to design, build, test the solution and assist to implement, with guidance from the Portfolio Manager. What you'll achieve: Develop and implement IAM solutions using SailPoint, ensuring secure access and compliance with organizational policies Integrate SailPoint with various systems and applications to streamline identity management processes Develop and enforce IAM policies and procedures to maintain a secure and efficient identity management environment, this includes as examples, Role Based Access and review process. Work closely with IT and security teams to manage user access controls and ensure seamless operation of IAM systems Your skills and experience: Experience with Identity and Access Management deployments, preferable SailPoint. 3 years’ experience and/or certification in Windows Server 2012 or later and virtualisation technologies e.g. VMWare Experience with Azure AD and Microsoft Domain Controller.
