About the AIN Role (Casual Position) We are seeking dedicated Assistants in Nursing (AINs) to join our team in a casual capacity. This role is ideal for individuals looking for flexibility while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced hospital environment. Your main duties will include: Help patients with daily activities including ADLs, mobility, meal support whist ensuring dignity and comfort. Work alongside nurses to provide essential care such as wellbeing monitoring, reporting changes in condition. Maintain a clean, safe and organised environment by following hospital procedures.
