The Client Our clients, a prestigious international architecture firm, are seeking a CA with 1-2 years of experience to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and support the successful delivery of national and international architectural projects alongside an experienced Project Management team. The Role As a Contract Administrator, you will assist with managing contractual agreements, ensuring smooth contract processes, and providing key administrative support. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the Project Management team with the preparation, review, and finalisation of contract documents. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions of agreements. Regularly updating systems and databases to reflect contract changes. Managing SAP Ariba and assisting with other administrative tasks related to contract management. Keeping the project team informed of any updates, changes, or risks related to contracts. Experience 1-2 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator is essential. Strong attention to detail and experience with contractual documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project) and Estate Master. Familiarity with residential developments and commercial fit-outs is a plus. Skills & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Property Economics, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
