Public Domain Design Officer Public Sector People are currently partnered with a local council looking for a temporary Public Domain Design Officer. In this role you will be responsible for planning and design of the public domain across the Inner West area, this position will assist in the preparation of strategies, master plans, concept plans and action plans for streets, lanes, plazas and publicly accessible private lands. Your responsibilities will include: To efficiently and effectively process complex public domain proposals in accordance with Council's policies and procedures and with reference to relevant planning and streetscape design requirements. To prepare design concepts or direct consultants providing advice on a variety of public domain matters. To analyse, develop and implement complex planning matters in a professional manner and within the NSW legislative framework Proficiency in design and office software including Computer aided design software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp), Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office Suite Why Join Our Client's Team?
