Day to day activities of the CITEC Service Centreinclude: Being a central point of contact for internal and external clients requiring assistance with ICT products and services;- Assisting the business with administration activities including email processing, account modifications and requests, updating customer and provider information and other tasks as required;- Providing quality service delivery to clients in accordance with documented procedures and standards to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
