A full-time opportunity for an experienced Qualified Retail Butcher to roam and work across multiple store locations, supporting a leading organic retail butcher. Requires: Certificate III in Meat Processing (Retail Butcher) (AMP30815) and Drivers license Salary Guide: $80,000 - $90,000 Negotiable depending on experience fuel card / vehicle expenses Location: Bayside & South Eastern Suburbs Melbourne VIC (travel across multiple stores). Your normal day will involve: Traveling between stores to support business needs, including covering leave and peak trade periods. Preparing retail cuts using knives and ensuring high-quality presentation. Assisting in receiving stock from the main production facility. Maintaining store cleanliness and readiness for trade. Engaging with customers, providing expert advice, and building lasting relationships. Representing the company’s commitment to organic and regenerative meat sourcing.
