This role involves managing customer orders, providing exceptional client support, and assisting with logistics and stock organization. Key Responsibilities Processes and manages customer orders from receipt to shipment, ensuring next-day delivery for metro areas. Accurately enters purchase orders into the ERP system and resolves discrepancies promptly. Handles customer inquiries, complaints, and requests related to pricing, delivery tracking, and invoices. Collaborates with internal teams to support inventory control, stocktaking, and logistics. Performs office administration tasks, including record maintenance and assisting with customer applications. Key Qualifications Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, both written and verbal. Familiarity with medical devices (preferred). This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a routine to meet deadlines.
