More About the Role at Advanced Navigation Overview of Position In this influential role you'll be responsible for collecting and analysing data related to the company's sales performance and providing insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies and efforts. You'll work closely with the sales team and other stakeholders to identify trends, forecast future sales, and optimise sales processes. You will also ensure that at all times our Salesforce platform is able to support the objectives of the business and that our key stakeholders have the data needed to support their decision-making processes. This person will become the primary SME of the Salesforce platform within the company. Role Responsibilities - Act as a data custodian ensuring data is accurate, secure and accessible for analysis and optimisation. Work with various teams to drive data enrichment - Ownership of customised Salesforce sub-systems - Quote, Lead Management and CRM-Analytics (Revenue Intelligence) - Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports - Continuous improvement of our Salesforce platform, identifying opportunities, supporting the design of scalable best practice solutions - Design and create reports and implement reporting tools to assist the executive team and other business units in their decision making, producing and maintaining business reports and presenting meaningful data to the business - Work closely with key stakeholders (CEO, CRO, Head of Sales, Marketing, etc) to deliver intelligence from within the Salesforce platform in support of their roles and objectives - Support the education and training of the Sales Team in the effective use of the Salesforce platform - Develop dashboards and management reporting needed to inform GTM leadership, Finance and the Advanced Navigation Board - Provide the business with insights based on detailed analysis of the data within Salesforce. Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, economics, or data analytics - 3 years of experience as a lead Salesforce admin, sales or data analyst role - 2 years in BI space and demonstrated capability as a Data/Business Analyst - Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or similar is a must - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency with data visualisation and presentation tools, such as Tableau and PowerPoint - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Salesforce Administrator Certification required If you don’t think you're a perfect fit, you should still sign up to Hatch and create a profile, we'll match you to other roles that suit your profile.
