More About the Role at William Buck The Opportunity: We have a fantastic opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our Operations division. Working in a close-knit and supportive Finance team, your resourcefulness and ability to build relationships will see you positively contribute to the success of our business. You will be responsible for: - Debtor management with primary focus on collection calls and follow up - Provide support, answer and resolve Accounts Receivable, client service, management, debtor and business unit enquiries - Client queries and reconciliations - Credit card processing and banking cheques - Receipting and allocation of payments - Build and maintain client relationships internal and external - Debtor management reporting - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ad hoc projects We are looking for someone with: - Debt collection experience is essential - You must be a strong communicator with a clear and firm phone manner - High ethical standard, analytical and detail-oriented - Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines - Experience with XERO, APS and Feesynergy system will be an advantage - Advanced knowledge of Excel is highly valuable If you don’t think you're a perfect fit, you should still sign up to Hatch and create a profile, we'll match you to other roles that suit your profile.
