More About the Role at Adobe The Challenge This job is for an experienced Account Executive who is ambitious and has a consistent record of success selling enterprise digital marketing software solutions. This individual will have extensive experience selling into large Retail, Media, Travel or FSI brands and be excited by the prospect of supporting customers on their digital transformation journey. We are looking for a candidate who enjoys being in a client facing role, responsible for building relationships, generating leads and prospecting to new customers, up-selling and cross-selling as well as retaining existing customers. What you'll bring to the role - Build executive level relationships within the marketing team (CMO, Directors, Head of ) as well as with executives in Digital, Data, AI, Technology, Governance & Trust, Finance & Operations. - Ability to collaborate with the internal eco-systems (solution consulting, Professional Services, Creative & Document Cloud, etc). - A pro at operational excellence including accurate forecasting and pipeline generation & progression. - Validated sales track record in consultative solution selling, an understanding of enterprise business processes and pricing negotiations. - Strong understanding and experience in running long-term sales cycles - Consistent over-achiever of sales targets in past positions. - A mastery of Business Planning ensuring a clear and effective strategy is in place and managed for your key accounts and overall territory.
