Job Opportunity – In this role you will look after the sales teams throughout the retail outlets, it’s your job to make sure that each rep is trained correctly and is doing everything they can to secure new equipment sales for New Tractors, harvesters and implements. We are looking for a proven sales leader that understands the importance of embracing and leading the teams to achieve success. Your energy and passion is key to business operation. You will also oversee the recruitment of the sale teams and be very hands-on from day 1. The GM, COO and CEO are looking at this role because it’s been newly created due to change globally in the business. Key responsibilities of the sales Director include: Sales Strategy Development: Creating and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives, including market analysis, identifying potential clients, and developing sales tactics. Sales Team Leadership: Leading, motivating, and coaching the sales team to meet sales targets, providing feedback and training where necessary. Sales Forecasting: Analyzing market trends and data to forecast sales quotas and set realistic sales objectives. Customer Relationship Management: Building strong relationships with clients, managing customer accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Sales Reporting and Analysis: Monitoring sales performance, analyzing data, and generating sales reports to identify areas for improvement. Business Development: Identifying new business opportunities, prospecting for potential clients, and developing new sales channels.
