Sales & Account Management Sales Executive / BDM Sydney Permanent / Full Time Posted: 30/1/2025 $110,000-$130,000 p/a New business development-focused role Focus on Casual Leasing, Media & Advertising, Pop-up Retail Excellent remuneration on offer Property Network of Australia is recruiting for a Mall Commercialisation / Pop Up Retail Executive (CML) on behalf of a national property group, overseeing casual leasing, media & advertising and pop-up retail opportunities across the company’s expansive shopping centre portfolio. As the Mall Commercialisation / Pop Up Retail Executive , you will work closely with the National Manager to generate revenue from the managed portfolios in the areas of advertising, media and pop-up retail. We are seeking a driven and hungry sales executive with a strong track record in delivering great results. Candidates with a background in B2B sales, media sales or events sales are of high interest to our client and make great Pop Up Executives The overall purpose of the role is to work within the Mall Leasing team to support the National Casual Leasing Manager in the delivery of the CML strategy for the company’s retail portfolio to exceed the budget expectations for each financial year Key Duties & Responsibilities: Pursue appropriate strategic CML revenue generating opportunities linked to local events or opportunities to drive income via centre activations and traffic. Generate new deals, clients and partnerships that include, but not limited to, cold calling, referrals, online as well as physical meet and greets. Continually review the CML strategy and its ongoing implementation to drive Budget expectations. Undertake relevant market research in local areas to support the National Manager. Work closely with the Leasing and Centre Management teams to identify and maximise casual leasing opportunities in vacant retail and storage premises. Assist in the development of centre retail plans for casual leasing, identifying usages that complement the existing, permanent retail mix. Assist the National Manager and centre operations team on establishing potential for conversion of cold shell vacant tenancies to viable income driving opportunities.
