We fuse creativity with experience design to solve business problems and generate white-space opportunities for some of the world's most famous brands and businesses We are seeking a Mid-Weight Designer to join our dynamic team and work across the McDonald’s design ecosystem. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual with a strong sense for design and visual language to take on a creative and challenging role in our organisation. Role Responsibilities: Exhibit strong conceptual design abilities, consistently generating creative and innovative designs. Roll out approved key visuals to various sizes and formats, ensuring consistency and quality across all platforms. Packaging design and final artwork design, maintaining high standards of execution and delivering within deadlines. Proactively seek feedback, showcasing a positive attitude towards iterative improvements and continuous learning. Demonstrate strong organisational and management skills, managing multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently. Leverage new technologies effectively to enhance your designs. Required Skills and Experience: A strong sense for design and visual language. 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced digital agency. Strong knowledge of design software such as Figma and the Adobe Suite. Demonstrated ability in packaging and final artwork design. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to feedback and iteration. Working Arrangements: The successful applicant will be required to work in our Sydney office, located in an amazing warehouse space optimised for collaboration, for at least four days a week.
