We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join Australia's largest independent insurance premium funding company based in Adelaide. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional service to customers. This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension and permanency. Key Responsibilities: Inbound Call Handling : Act as the first point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and providing support via inbound calls. Mailbox & Queue Management : Monitor and manage email inboxes and service queues, ensuring that customer requests are handled efficiently and escalated as necessary. First Point of Contact : Provide outstanding service as the initial contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met, whether through phone or email. Issue Resolution & Problem Solving : Address and resolve customer issues promptly, identifying opportunities for improvement in customer experience. Maintain Records : Update and maintain accurate customer records in internal systems. Ensure all interactions are logged with clear details for future reference. We are looking for someone with: Previous experience in the insurance industry or a customer service role within the financial sector is desirable. Keen eye for detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal. The ability to address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and offer practical solutions.
