$83,706 - $89,659 up to 15.4% Superannuation Campbell Park - ACT The Role Joint Health Command (JHC) is seeking a skilled professional APS5 Administration Officer who can work collaboratively in a small team and understand the sensitivities associated with the team's work and JHC's requirements. The role supports a number of key administrative coordination activities and management functions to Joint Health Command. The role requires well developed organisational skills to monitor, track and report on the status of outcomes, and deliverables. Due to the high level of interaction with internal and external stakeholders, the role requires communication to beclear, consistent and targeted to for the right audience. Due to the nature of the work and responsibilities associated with the command, the variety of tasking, requests and deliverables is diverse. Priorities often change with time frames needing adjustment and additional engagement required. The role requires a flexible, can do attitude, being comfortable working as part of the team with the ability to work independently as needed, or as directed by their supervisor. About our Team The Executive Support Team sits within the Health Business and Plans Branch in Joint Health Command (JHC). The team is the main conduit for engagement between JHC, the Defence enterprise and all external parties. The team supports the strategic and operational responsibilities of Commander Joint Health (CJHLTH)/Surgeon General Australian Defence force (SGADF), and the wider command by providing key administrative functions. The team is responsible for coordinating and managing all incoming and outgoing information from JHC. Internally, the team supports command by providing assistance with queries on tasking requests, use of and the updating of command's tracking system, access and use of the Objective system; filing of records and information management, coordination and engagements with stakeholders. The office also provides administrative support to Command Honours and Awards, Media inquiries, Ministerial and Parliamentary functions, relevant committees and other Joint Health Command resources.
