To be successful in these roles you are outcome-focused with a high level of attention to detail and be able to engage constructively and provide assistance to a range of critical stakeholders. Demonstrated experience with managing competing priorities and exceptional time management skills are a must. Administration officer roles vary depending on the particular requirements, you could expect to take on a broad range of tasks including: Providing executive support; Coordinating the flow of tasks and information across the Branch; Ensuring sound Branch records and information management; Ability to coordinate tasking’s; Assisting in collating briefing and committee packs; Providing secretariat support; Handling Branch human resource requisitions; Administering Branch security requirements; and Implementing sound corporate governance.
