Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring efficient and professional handling of concerns and requests. • Conduct regular client check-ins to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction. • Resolve client issues promptly and prevent recurrence by identifying root causes. Operational Coordination: • Manage the label printing process from initial artwork to proofing and delivery. • Collaborate with internal teams to track production progress, ensuring timelines are met and clearly communicated to clients. • Generate various documents based on client interactions and insights. Experience Requirements: Essential: • Proven experience in customer service or account management. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport and maintaining professional relationships. • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail. • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a solutions-oriented mindset. • Proficiency in CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite, with an aptitude for adopting new platforms. • A bright, enthusiastic attitude with a bias towards action. Desirable: • Previous experience working in a GMP regulated environment e.g. pharmaceutical, medical device or healthcare sectors. • Strong knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, and distribution processes. • An interest or passion for pharmaceuticals and regulated therapeutics is highly regarded.
