Role Overview: As a Customer Service Officer within the Workforce Australia program, you will lead the way in delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support. You will act as a concierge for our clients, ensuring a positive first impression and educating the community about employment benefits through direct engagement, business development, and event coordination. Key Responsibilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional manner. Guide customers through their journey with the service, ensuring clarity and support. Manage administrative tasks to support recruitment and performance activities. Maintain accurate records and data integrity in CRM systems. Collaborate with community organizations and stakeholders to enhance service delivery. Ensure the office environment meets WHS standards and is optimally presented. About you: To be successful in this role, you must have a passion to support pre-employment and in work participants. Key Selection Criteria: Customer service experience in a contact centre or customer facing role. A background in Employment Services. Knowledge of WFA & Job Ready will be highly regarded. Strong computer literacy and ability to interpret reporting information. Proven experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Excellent communication skills, adaptable to various audiences. Please note- Office location will be Narre Warren Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia.
