The Opportunity: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Melbourne team. In this role, you'll assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues professionally and efficiently. You'll develop in-depth knowledge of luxury watches to help with technical or repair questions. Your daily tasks include managing customer interactions via phone and email, processing transactions, and coordinating watch repairs. You'll also guide customers through retail portals to ensure they get the most out of our services. Working closely with the sales team, you'll help create a smooth experience from the initial inquiry to post-sale follow-up. This is a hands-on role where you will be integral to maintaining high customer satisfaction while promoting the brand’s commitment to quality and service.
