Job Description High volume data entry of invoices Answering phone and email queries Mailbox and workflow management Preparation of documents in advance of checking and data entry Validation of data entry Use of Microsoft suite (including Outlook, Excel and Teams), ServiceNow and SAP The Successful Applicant A successful candidate should have: Demonstrated experience in administrative or customer service roles High degree of accuracy, a keen eye for detail and an aptitude for numbers Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
