The Position As a Landscape Construction Foreman / 2IC, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will be responsible for leading teams, coordinating materials, and maintaining workplace safety. Key responsibilities include: Managing material deliveries and project schedules. Monitoring project progress, schedules, and budgets to meet deadlines. Leading a high-performance team and optimising worksite productivity. Maintaining strict quality control standards. Conducting daily toolbox meetings for team alignment. Ensuring compliance with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) regulations. Overseeing the full landscape construction process.
