THE ROLE We now have the exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Administrator to join our Human Resources team. As a Human Resources Administrator, you will play an integral part of our HR team providing support to Linkforce functional areas, employees and managers. Based at our Head Office this is a full-time position working Monday to Friday and responsible for: Preparation of HR/Payroll advice and correspondence Administering employee probation and termination processes Monitoring and managing the HR email inbox providing a timely response to all correspondence and delegating where required. Completing VEVO checks and maintaining 100% visa compliance Maintenance of HR records and systems Supporting the HR team with general administration duties ABOUT YOU The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate: Previous experience in a HR Administration role HR Qualifications (desirable) Competent time management skills Strong attention to detail Excellent customer service and communication skills Be able to work positively within a team environment and demonstrate flexibility IN RETURN You will be joining an existing team who will provide you with the onboarding and support to create a successful Linkforce career.
