Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to maintain productivity and high-quality standards. Implement and enforce WHS site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety compliance. Proactively resolve challenges to keep projects on schedule. Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Maintain accurate site documentation, procurement schedules, and reporting. What You’ll Bring: Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial construction projects valued at $50M. Strong leadership, organisation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors while ensuring high-quality workmanship. In-depth knowledge of WHS regulations, industry standards, and construction best practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software. Perth-based experience with full Australian work rights.
