About the Role As a Maintenance Scheduler & Administrator, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and scheduling maintenance activities to ensure smooth operations. You will work closely with tradespeople, suppliers, and management to ensure all tasks are scheduled efficiently and completed on time. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage maintenance schedules for routine and urgent work. Coordinate with technicians and contractors to allocate resources effectively. Monitor work progress and adjust schedules as needed. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and service reports. Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless work flow. Identify potential scheduling conflicts and proactively find solutions. Handle inbound and outbound maintenance calls. Draft quotes and schedule client meetings. Perform general administrative duties as required. About You Experience: Prior experience in phone-based (inbound & outbound) scheduling, coordination, or a similar role within a trade or maintenance environment (preferred). Strong organisational and time-management abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in scheduling software or maintenance management systems (Simpro or similar software is highly regarded). Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
