Key Responsibilities: Working within the busy and successful Projects, Infrastructure & Construction team in our Melbourne office where you will be responsible for dealing with a wide range of front and back end high quality construction work across a broad spectrum of construction matters and contractual disputes. Drafting of commercial and litigation documents. Exposure to a range of interesting projects, construction and infrastructure work, as well as being exposed to a range of clients including head contractors, developers, consultants and subcontractors. Experience in a wide variety of high-value commercial disputes and other litigation.
