As a Rewards, Program Design & Member Engagement Manager (Redemptions), you will work closely with the Head of Redemptions, Experiences, Entertainment on rewards initiatives, regular and ad hoc analysis, projects, campaigns and coordination across multiple reward verticals. The role requires a strong understanding of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program and a track record of working with a high level of autonomy. The candidate will model scenarios, create and support business cases, acquire and analyse data with a high level of independence and judgement. The candidate will be able to form and clearly communicate recommendations to management. Working with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, this role will also execute on new project implementations, managing the delivery lifecycle to successfully implement and embed exciting new product opportunities. The successful candidate will create process flows to operationalise projects, requiring great attention to detail to create and review documents such as policies, terms and conditions. The candidate must be exceptionally detail oriented, organised and able to work independently. Communication skills and stakeholder management are key as well as the ability to think strategically at all times. The jobholder should be versatile, enjoy thinking outside the box and highly adaptable with changing priorities and multiple projects running simultaneously. You’ll have: 3 to 5 Years’ experience in commercial, strategy, analysis, marketing/consumer roles Tertiary Qualification: Degree in Business/ Marketing The ability to work autonomously without direction Advanced decision-making skills with the ability to appropriately delegate Highly motivated with the ability to achieve outcomes without supervision Advanced analytical skills with the ability to derive business decisions from data. Strong commercial acumen and an understanding of how to relate strategy, data, insights to the levers of value creation. Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and marketing. Can effectively understand legal, regulatory and corporate stipulations and evaluate risk and articulate using technical and business language Demonstrated ability to collaborate, contribute and create effective teamwork across traditional organisational boundaries Commitment, professionalism, respect and a ‘can-do’ attitude in any situation. Strong ability to project manage, proactively engage stakeholders, plan ahead Demonstrated experience executing programmes from start to end; Proven ability to communicate recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, both in verbal and written formats. A problem solver with the ability to think laterally in time critical situations High level of computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience manipulating data and drawing key, justifiable insights with Excel, Tableau; Lead the solving of strategic problems that have a high complexity; Excellent attention to detail; Facilitate workshops, presenting at showcases, leading customer and servicing journey walkthroughs and quality reviews with stakeholders of varying seniority Why Qantas?
