EA – Supporting up to 2 x General Managers AMB position grade See yourself in our team Our Mobile and Premier Banking teams help our customers on their home buying journey and the coaching team provides support to all our lenders across the Customer Service Network. Our team also includes Workplace Banking, Referral Source Program and an extensive team of associates who assist all lenders within the Customer Service Network. Our key objective is to build market share by creating a standard operating rhythm for all Lenders and Managers. These roles play a big part in increasing mortgage lending sales and creating customer advocates for CBA. Do work that matters This exciting role offers the opportunity to provide executive support to up to 2 x General Managers within our Customer Service Lending team. You will ensure their time is managed effectively by working in partnership with the executive including taking ownership of tasks, as well as actioning and following up on requests on behalf of your executive as required. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Provide proactive, effective and efficient administrative support to the General Managers Diary management: proactive, efficient time & diary management and maintenance of e-files Inbox management. Monitor inbox, prioritise emails, and assist in the preparation of responses. Document management. Collation of pre reading materials (presentations, meeting papers etc.), assist in the review of papers to ensure any items manager is accountable for are prioritised and actioned in a timely manner. Meeting management: arrange meetings, produce and distribute agenda, action items and associated papers as required and to the timeframes required. Attend meetings, taking minutes and action items as required. Attendance and participation at selected leadership meetings and events. Co-ordinate/arrange travel, appointments, offsites, conferences & functions Establish and maintain strong, effective, strategic and appropriate working relationships within business partners, EAs and other stakeholders. HR Support: assisting with submitting recruitment requests and onboarding. Generating reports, assisting with budgets Provide adhoc administrative support to the wider team We're interested in hearing from people who have: Previous experience supporting at a senior level as an Executive Assistant Self-motivated individual, who displays a pro-active style, has exceptional attention to detail and an inherent desire to provide excellent customer service. Superior skills in Microsoft Office suiteAn ability to build relationships easily across the business, are highly personable with excellent communication skills.
