Join us as a casual Disability Support Worker for short shifts of 2 to 3 hours About the Role This is a casual Disability Support Worker role based in Mitchelton. We have short shifts only on offer, ranging from 2 to 3 hours, covering morning, afternoon, and evening. This position will primarily involve providing in-home support and may also include assisting with community access during your shift. You will be assisting customers with a variety of disabilities, prioritising tasks efficiently, and cultivating a supportive atmosphere that encourages independence and development. If you're passionate about making a difference in people's lives, we want you on our team Other responsibilities may include: Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, cooking, and managing laundry. Providing companionship and emotional support. Supporting with community access, including outings, appointments, or participation in social and recreational activities. Maintaining accurate records of services provided, progress notes, and any incidents or changes in the individual's condition.
