An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Leasing Administrator to join their dynamic and committed team within the Finance department. Reporting to the Leasing Manager, the role will include the following duties: Initiating and overseeing the setup of new leases, renewals, and terminations of leases Working closely with the leasing team to ensure that leasing procedures and data are correctly implemented in the system Gaining a comprehensive understanding of the leasing process, including the accurate verification of important dates like lease commencements and rent start dates Analysing monthly rent and additional charges to ensure accurate billing for tenants Confirming the accurate allocation of invoice expenses to specific properties and general ledger codes Producing reports as needed by management Performing other duties as assigned by the management team To be considered for this role you will have at least 5-6 years’ experience working in lease administration from similar industry. Advanced Microsoft Office skills is highly regarded. You will also have exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and value working in a cooperative and driven team environment.
