About the Role A fantastic opportunity for an Administration Assistant has become available within our Human Resources team based in Minchinbury, NSW. This is a permanent full-time position. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team in maintaining accurate information within our systems. Responsibilities will include conducting regular data updates, uploading important documents, and responding to inquiries from various stakeholders. The role involves managing user accounts, collaborating with team members to enhance processes, and providing reports on system functions. Provide day to day support for ALDI HR systems ensuring data accuracy and integrity Demonstrate high attention to detail in uploading employee documents Respond to and investigate email enquiries from internal and external stakeholders Maintain accurate data and new user accounts for ALDI HR systems Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency Provide reporting from ALDI HR systems as required Provide administrative support to the HR Projects team as required And the best part? What do we need from you Strong attention to detail and accuracy Previous experience in administrative support or large data sets Experience with the maintenance and synchronisation of data Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite, specifically excel Experience with providing timely and effective service to internal and external stakeholders through both email and phone support What's in it for you?
