Job Description Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support Manage time sheets with precision and efficiency Assist with HR-related tasks, including event coordination (such as Christmas parties and monthly events) and meeting organisation Contribute creatively to the company HR newsletter (experience with Canva is a plus) Provide general support for HR functions, focusing on career development and learning opportunities The Successful Applicant Skills and Requirements: Minimum 2 years of office administration experience Proficiency in MS Office suite Positive, "can-do" attitude and willingness to learn Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity Eligibility: Applicants must be Australian or New Zealand Citizens, or Permanent Residents.
