We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who enjoy providing quality customer service with a smile. About the role: Reporting to the Leisure Centres Team Leader – Customer Experience, you will be the face of the Geographe Leisure Centre. Working alongside your fellow customer service ambassadors, you will provide excellent service to our internal and external customers. You will also provide administrative support within the Leisure Centres teams and undertake tasks and duties as directed by your Team Leader. Our Customer Service Officers operate between the hours of 5:15am to 8pm on Monday to Friday and 6:45am to 5pm on weekends. To be successful you will need to be available for a variety shifts, including 1 weekend shift. What you will need to succeed: You will align with our values and be able to demonstrate the following: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Well developed numeracy and cash reconciliation skills. Sound computer literacy skills with experience using Point of Sale, Microsoft office Suite.
