Our client, NSW Government is looking for a strong Project officer to join a team to help coordinate and plan a very important workforce migration to regional areas. Your primary role/ requirements: • Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of the Designated Area Migration Agreement (DAMA) project by assisting the Project Manager in managing timelines, milestones, and deliverables. • Prepare briefings, papers, and advice to the Project Manager, Manager, Director and the executive on migration matters specifically in relation to Designated Area Migration Agreements. • Work with the Project Manager, internal and external stakeholders to ensure that project goals are met and the project delivery timeframe is adhered to. • Collect and analyse data associated with projects undertaken and report on project outcomes. • Develop, review and negotiate operating procedures and processes for the Designated Area Migration Agreement project. • Prepare and deliver presentations on the Designated Area Migration Agreement project and develop communication tools to assist educating and promoting the project. • Inform the design and recommendations for the project ensuring audit and legislative requirements are met. • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and consultations to ensure stakeholder input informs the project’s outcomes. IMPOSTANT INFORMATION: Regional travel is needed. Travel is Limited to 3 weeks for Regional NSW Seminars in March 2025, duration of 3 -4 days per week can be negotaited.
